5. AI Content, Compliance, and Liability Disclaimer (2026)

All content and interactions generated by Honeybot's AI are entirely fictional and provided solely for entertainment purposes. Honeybot's AI personas do not represent real individuals, living or deceased, and any resemblance to actual persons, public figures, or events is purely coincidental.

Honeybot enforces strict policies prohibiting the generation, depiction, or simulation of minors, real individuals (including celebrities or public figures), deepfake content, synthetic impersonations, or non-consensual imagery. Any attempt to request or generate such content will result in immediate account termination without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Honeybot is designed to comply with applicable provisions of U.S. federal and state laws, as well as relevant international regulations, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), effective August 2024, which prohibits unacceptable-risk AI practices and imposes regulatory obligations on certain high-risk AI systems, particularly those that manipulate, exploit, or endanger individuals.

Honeybot's AI systems are trained using a mixture of licensed data, data created by human trainers, and publicly available information, and are not designed to reproduce or impersonate identifiable real individuals.

Due to the inherent limitations of generative AI technology, outputs may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or visual artifacts. Honeybot does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content and disclaims responsibility for such limitations.

Honeybot's services do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for real-world relationships, human interaction, or professional care. Users acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for how they interpret and use AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Honeybot disclaims any duty of care arising from AI interactions and shall not be liable for emotional distress, reliance-based claims, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions with AI-generated content.

Honeybot reserves the right to modify, restrict, or enforce these policies as laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve to ensure ongoing compliance and platform safety.

11. Affiliate Program

Honeybot offers an affiliate referral program to eligible individuals and entities who wish to promote the platform. Participation in the program is subject to the following terms:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honeybot, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or reliance damages, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the services, including any AI-generated content or interactions, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if Honeybot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeybot's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Honeybot in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honeybot, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the Honeybot services
• Any content you generate, submit, or request through the platform
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your misuse of AI-generated content or reliance on such content

Honeybot reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully in such defense.

14.1 Cryptocurrency Payments (ForumPay)

This Section 14.1 applies exclusively to cryptocurrency transactions. In the event of any conflict between this Section 14.1 and other payment, billing, or refund provisions in these Terms (including refund rights applicable to card or fiat payments), this Section 14.1 shall control with respect to cryptocurrency payments only. Refund rights applicable to card or fiat payments do not apply to cryptocurrency transactions.

Honeybot may allow users to purchase subscriptions, tokens, or digital services using cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor, ForumPay. By selecting cryptocurrency as a payment method, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Finality of Cryptocurrency Transactions & Refund Policy

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Accordingly, all crypto payments are final and non-refundable, and are not eligible for chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes once broadcast to the blockchain.

Exceptions may be granted solely at Honeybot's discretion in rare cases involving verified platform-wide outages, duplicate charges caused by system error, or other extenuating circumstances. Any approved exception may result in account credits rather than a refund and does not create an obligation for future refunds.

No Chargebacks or Crypto Payment Disputes

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency payments do not support chargebacks, reversals, or consumer dispute mechanisms available with credit cards or traditional payment methods. By completing a crypto transaction, you waive any right to initiate payment disputes, claims, or chargebacks against Honeybot, ForumPay, or affiliated payment partners related to such transactions.

Price Volatility, Exchange Rates & Network Fees

Cryptocurrency pricing is subject to significant market volatility. All crypto payments are calculated using the exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed, not when initiated. Network congestion, blockchain confirmation delays, miner fees, conversion fees, or exchange-rate fluctuations may affect the final amount paid. Honeybot is not responsible for losses due to price volatility, delayed confirmations, or network-related costs.

Subscription Renewals & Manual Continuation

Subscriptions purchased using cryptocurrency (including monthly and yearly plans) do not automatically renew. Users will receive notifications prior to expiration inviting them to manually renew. Failure to renew before expiration will result in loss of access to paid features, tokens, or content without refund, proration, or reinstatement of expired benefits.

ForumPay Processing, Compliance & Transaction Review

All cryptocurrency payments are processed by ForumPay and its affiliated partners. Honeybot does not control and is not responsible for ForumPay's transaction processing times, confirmation requirements, wallet services, or compliance procedures.

ForumPay may delay, suspend, or reject transactions for reasons including but not limited to compliance checks, blockchain anomalies, network congestion, suspected fraud, sanctions screening, or regulatory obligations. Honeybot is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by such reviews.

AML, Sanctions & Legal Compliance

By using cryptocurrency payments, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, a resident of, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction
• The cryptocurrency used is not derived from illegal activity
• Your transaction complies with all applicable U.S. federal laws, Nevada state laws, and international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements

Honeybot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a transaction is flagged for compliance, fraud, or legal risk.

Wallet Responsibility & Transaction Errors

You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses, selecting the correct blockchain network, and using supported tokens. Honeybot is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect addresses, incompatible networks, unsupported assets, or user error. Cryptocurrency transactions sent to incorrect or invalid destinations cannot be recovered.

Limitation of Liability (Crypto Payments)

To the fullest extent permitted under Nevada law, Honeybot, LLC shall not be liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from cryptocurrency use, including but not limited to blockchain failures, market volatility, delayed confirmations, third-party processor actions, or regulatory compliance measures.

16. Governing Law, Forum Selection, and Class Action Waiver

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Honeybot platform, or your use of the services shall be brought exclusively on an individual basis in the state or federal courts located in Clark County (Las Vegas), Nevada. You knowingly and voluntarily consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree that any claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. Class actions, class arbitrations, mass actions, and representative proceedings are expressly waived.

In any dispute, the court may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual claim. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
